Spector Violin Fiddle Mute

Made of molded rubber, this violin mute is designed to attach to the strings between the bridge and tailpiece, and the tone of the instrument is shaped by how closely you place it to the bridge.  This significantly cuts overtones and can also slightly reduce volume…and is intended primarily as a concert mute to shape tone as desired.
